Rakesh started his career with Mu Sigma Business Solutions post completing an integrated dual-degree programme (B-Tech and M-Tech) from IIT (BHU). He extensively worked on network and channel analytics at HSBC, post which he did his MBA from the Indian School of Business. Prior to joining the DIRI team as a Research Analyst, he was working with Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant in the strategy and operations team.
Anirudh is a six sigma professional who worked as a Process Engineer in Rio Tinto Alcan, Australia after completing his bachelor’s from IIT Kanpur in 2006. He pursued his Masters from ENSPM France (IFP School), post which he did stints at TOTAL, France as Manager Technology and at Procter and Gamble, Beijing as Senior Technology Manager – Corporate Engineering. He completed his MBA from ISB with a major in Finance in 2014. Prior to joining DIRI as a Data Scientist, Anirudh was working with SEPAM, an EPCC, as General Manager – Strategy and Operations in Ireland and Bahrain.
Kush has has done his B.Tech from IIT Kanpur, Masters in Management from ESCP Europe (Paris) and an MBA from AIT, Thailand. Over the years, he has worked in multiple cultural settings and industry segments. He has to his credit, published 3 books: 1. Motivation for Good Corporate Governance: A Peep into Thai Companies (ISBN 978-3-8443-0864-8), 2. Three Cheers to Life (ISBN: 978-9-3811-1537-4) and 3. Road to Bureaucracy (ISBN 978-9-3855-0564-5). He has worked extensively with an Indian daily called Dainik Jagran and has helped youth overcome their professional and personal issues. Prior to joining DIRI as a Media Coordinator, he was working as the Director of an NGO in the education sector in India.
Ramya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St.Francis College for Women, Osmania University. She began her career at Google India, working on ad review operations under the Global Business Organization. She pursued her MBA from the Indian School of Business with a major in Strategy and a specialization in Public Policy, in 2015-16. Before joining DIRI as a Research Analyst, Ramya was working as a Consultant with the Planning Department of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, managing the review of the Vision 2029 Document, and monitoring key performance indicators for the state.
Siddharth Sekhar Singh
An apostle of GoI’s skill development and G2C services initiative, before joining the DIRI team at ISB as a Data Scientist, Siddharth founded a successful startup and headed it in its entirety and controlled its centralized functioning and strategy, rendering efficient citizen centric services. He used his rich experience of the Aadhaar ecosystem and eGovernance domain by putting to work the insights gained and created a future ready sustainable business model. Siddharth endeavours to take the power of ICT to the last mile to empower the citizens of the country. He has an engineering degree from AKTU and holds Six Sigma Green Belt from ISI Bangalore.
Deepanshi holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Delhi University and Masters in Financial Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics (2017). She has also pursued a course on Macroeconomic analysis from London School of Economics and has worked on multiple projects in the areas of Microfinance, financial markets and Digital finance. Before joining DIRI as a Research Analyst, she worked as a Research Associate at IIM Indore and Research intern at XLRI, Jamshedpur where she worked on understanding cross holding structures of Family owned Business in India.
Shradhey Parijat Prasad
Shradhey completed Bachelor’s in Economics from Shiv Nadar University in December 2017. Prior to joining DIRI, he worked as a Research Trainee at the Centre for Analytical Finance, ISB. Shradhey has co-authored a DIRI working paper titled “A Friend Indeed: Does The Use of Biometric Digital Identity Make Welfare Programs Counter Cyclical ?”
Nishka completed her B.Sc.(Research) degree in economics from Shiv Nadar University in December 2017. Prior to joining DIRI, she has worked in the capacity of an intern and then Research Assistant with Centre for Analytical Finance, ISB. Recently, she has co-authored a DIRI working paper titled “A Friend Indeed: Does The Use of Biometric Digital Identity Make Welfare Programs Counter Cyclical ?”
Merlyn is an experienced associate with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. She has worked in different domains with skill sets spanning Research, General Management, Project Management, Customer Service and Microsoft Office. She has a Master’s degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Osmania University.
Aditya completed his Bachelor’s in Economics from Shiv Nadar University. Previously, Aditya interned at CPPR, Kochi where he carried out primary surveys on ” Unorganized Retail Market Capitalization” and ” Efficiency of Urban Housing Development Policy: In the state of Kerala”. Prior to joining DIRI, Aditya closely worked with few NGOs based out of Delhi.
